The Replacement Boot Handle Reverse Camera & Interface Kit to work with the factory screen in a Mercedes C-Class W204 2012 to 2015 facelift Car

The unit replaces the vehicles original boot handle with a camera built into the housing. The Camera features a 1/3|" CMOS image sensor, 720 x 480 resolution and 170 degree viewing angle, this combination not only adds visual safety to the rear of the vehicle but also keeps the original aesthetics.

Camera Interface Product Specifications:

This interface allows you to add a rear camera to the OEM monitor of a Mercedes car with Command APS NTG 4.5. It adds active parking lines and integrates with the cars parking sensors to provide a visual parking display.

No special coding is needed as the interface integrates with the LVDS cable behind the vehicle head unit. The rear camera will activate as soon as reverse gear is engaged.

WHAT IS NTG 4.5?

Mercedes NTG 4.5 is one of the most popular Comand head units, having been installed on many Mercedes car models from 2012-2015. It consists of a 7" TFT monitor built into the top the centre dashboard console (pictured) with a head unit with SD card slot below (also pictured)
